We are recruiting for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service. A forward thinking candidate with good problem solving skills and someone who will seek out ideas and improvements to make things better. The position is permanent and on a full time basis 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm shift required with 1 x weekend every 4th week.


To work within the Operations Team and deliver world class service in maximising sales through incoming telemetry alarms. The Telemetry Advisor role would involve maintaining a high level of communicating machines within the business and providing technical support to field based teams. The Telemetry Advisor role would also involve working with Operational Admin Assistance to ensure maximum invoices are produced within the business.


• Work with others to Develop telemetry system


• Assist in Managing the telemetry estate


• Training


• Demonstrate and present the telemetry system to guests


• Maximise the level of machines that communicate within the field


• To ensure telemetry data is received through the system to generate invoices.
