This company has sites throughout the UK and is expanding at present; they are looking for a Deputy General Manager who has a fresh food and branded experience. Restaurant background is a great bonus. There is excellent room for progression with this group!

About the Deputy General Manager Job:
Working in partnership with the General Manager to effectively manage the gastro pub
Assisting with recruitment, training & development, rota planning, performance management
Working with the General Manager to manage the P&L,
Ensuring every department operates inside company standards for quality and service.
Devise and implement effective sales planning activity and ensure robust controls are in place to ensure the business is profitable and achieves year on year growth.
I am looking for Deputy General Managers, who have a solid working knowledge of hospitality or retail operations, keen to take on a challenge and grow within a business, you must come with a real passion for the trade and a proven track record in the License Trade sector
