IT Support Technician – Windows – Hemel Hempstead – £22k
Role Overview
An IT Support Technician with solid Windows Server and Desktop support experience is required by our client based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
The IT Support Technician will be responsible user support both face-to-face and via the helpdesk as well as ad hoc field support for other offices. You must have previous experience supporting Windows XP / 7 /Vistaand MS Office as well as preferably some knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange.
The IT Support Technician will join a team responsible for providing support for client and server operating systems as well as multi-site support on ad hoc projects for migrating server and network infrastructure. The role will comprise of supporting staff with their daily IT issues, installing/configuring new PC’s/Laptops, and maintaining user accounts and settings within our network applications.

Key Skills
The IT Support Technician will have the majority of the following experience.
- 1st and 2nd line support as well as user support and troubleshooting
- Proven Desktop Support experience with Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and basic network TCP/IP
