We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing company as a Learning and Development Manager to develop positive relationships between DEKRA Automotive LTD and our business partners.
Our Learning and Development Manager will be working closely with our external partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate the creation and delivery of innovative learning and development solutions that provide an appropriate return on investment and building towards improving their overall performance.
You will deliver training, observe, critique and coach our highly skilled and experienced existing training team. Using your sound knowledge of education and training, you will also help to develop and evolve the existing courses to an even higher level.
We want to hear from passionate, dedicate individuals who excel at client management and relationship building. We need someone who has the ability and resource to drive innovation into training course design and delivery, and inspire the performance of others. You will also ideally possess a degree or postgraduate qualification in an area such as learning and development, business management or communication. Candidates who have a CIPD certificate level 3 in Learning and Development would be preferred.
