General Summary:


Support and coordination of marketing information for company websites and RepNet, coordinate external and internal requests for marketing collateral and distribution, and provide administrative support to the corporate marketing team.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Post new and updated catalogs on company websites including updating, adding and/or deleting pages and content.

  • Post new and updated catalogs to StarTeam.

  • Manage digital content for use on RepNet.

  • Assist in coordinating external and internal requests for marketing collateral and distribution. Generate literature debit memos on a weekly basis.

  • Coordinate lead management program, lead program inventory, response letters and monthly reports.

  • Provide back-up support for new customer set-up, changes and/or additions to master customer database.

  • Processes thank you letters for customer visits at the product center and certificates for online training.

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Marketing team as needed.

Job Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required, as well as specialized or technical training relative to Marketing or Business classes.


Requires competency of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access).
