Our Client is an established and fast growing full service marketing agency offering compelling and truly integrated marketing, PR and digital solutions to some of the worlds leading brands. Specialising in Marketing & Advertising Consultancy, Campaign Delivery, Public Relations, Events and Digital Development, they are well placed for further growth and now have an immediate and exciting opening for an experienced Marketing Manager to work both internally and on a customer site 2-3 days per week.
Working under the title of EMEA Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for supporting an EMEA marketing and sales teams with focused product launches to drive lead generation, product and brand awareness. More specifically, you will plan, execute and measure product launches within the EMEA region, work with sales to drive the right volumes of leads and strive to improve conversion rates at each stage of the campaigns. You will work with a Marketing Director and Global Brand Manager to create effective messaging for the audience(s), create and deploy sales enablement tools for each new products in collaboration with a Global Brand Manager and create online content where necessary to support product launches, liaising with appropriate people to get the content live in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with a minimum of 3+ year’s marketing management / Campaigns Management experience gained in a B2B environment. You will be able to speak confidently about campaign planning, multi/omni-channel marketing, integrated campaigns and measurement metrics. Show good attention to detail, be able to create and deliver thorough campaign plans and possess the ability to communicate progress effectively. Both channel marketing and direct B2B marketing experience are desirable, with an ability to understand technical IT products and services without being phased by industry jargon.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 35-40k with a full and generous benefits package.
