bull Role would be the Maximo Technical Architect for the EAM Maximo Program including solution and perform Fit Gap for Maximo Work and Asset Management, work closely with business and technical resources on requirements, estimating and responsible for determining the optimal technical solution, perform and provide guidance for detailed design activities, work with developers on defects and best fixes during testing, build phases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities bull In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will Job Responsibilities and Requirements bull Working knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management and familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management process analysis methods and techniques bull Working knowledge of Tivoli-s process automation engine with in-depth understanding of IBM Maximo Asset Management architecture.
bull Knowledge of key IBM products (Web Sphere Application Server Tivoli Directory Server).
bull Working knowledge of networking environments, operating systems, relational databases, application environments, key vendor environments (SAP, Oracle, People Soft, etc.
).
bull Working knowledge of key Enterprise Modules within Maximo Work Management, Supply Chain, Asset Management, etc.
bull Familiarity with processes in at least one industry sector, Nuclear Maximo exposure is advantageous.
bull Experience in infrastructure sizing and installation.
bull Experience in Maximo add-ons installation on various platform.
bull Integration of Maximo to common ERP and other systems.
bull Data migration, data loading and reporting.
bull Maximo customizations using Java bull Experience in Maximo platform stabilization with key focus on performance testing and tuning.
bull Develop and maintain a deep understanding of value drivers for business towers in order to inspire and achieve innovative value creation strategies.
bull Possess the relationship skills, cultural awareness, and organizational prowess required to work effectively in a large, highly-matrixed organization.
Capable of delivering results through a position of influence, not authority.
Effective at building, structuring and leading global teams comprised of both direct reports and matrixed resources.
bull IBM certification.
Communication bull Adept at communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying skills sets.
bull Adaptable communication skills are critical.
Must be able to communicate with the technology providers as well as with the business leaders.
bull An ability to understand the technical details and communicate the essentials at a high level.
KNOWLEDGEEXPERIENCE bull Minimal background and knowledge requirements Qualifications sought in successful candidates include the following o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited collegeuniversity.
o Experience in providing solutions to large scale projects with the ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations.
o Ability to translate complex business issues into achievable objectives and actionable designs and communicate them to peers and upper management.
o Possess strong team building and collaborative leadership skills to build consensus solutions.
o Preferred background and knowledge requirements o Bachelorrsquos degree in Technical field o 8+ years of experience in hands on Maximo design and implementation along with multi project experience in providing function technical solution.
