A capable Chef De Partie with excellent organizational & Motivational skills would best suit this role, you will be within a large brigade, working on pastry production.


We require an experienced pastry Chef De Partie / Jnr Sous Chef from a quality Restaurant, hotel or production Background who, along with having excellent cooking skills, is also able to work with a team, whilst assisting the head chef.
