My client, a specialist UK based Environmental Consultancy which specialises in Groundwater, is searching for a Project Engineer to join their Team based in Hemel Hempstead.
Applicants are required to have a BSc and/or a MSc in a relevant discipline (e.g Civil or Environmental Engineering) and have 1 years+ experience working within a Consultancy setting completing Dewatering Designs, Cost Estimates and Pumping Tests.
It is also essential for applicants to have experience supervising or managing sites and liaising with Clients.
It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally.
Typically the role will involve assisting the Team with the following;
-Dewatering Designs and Cost Estimation.
-Site Supervision.
-Progress Reports and Method Statements.
-Hydrogeological Risk Assessments.
-Soil and Water Impact Assessments.
-Groundwater Abstraction Assessments.
-Site Walkover Assessments.
-Risk Assessments.
-Tenders and Cost Estimation.
-Project Management.
-On site work including; Bore Hole Drilling, Soil and Gas Sampling and Pumping Tests.
-Frequent liaison with Private Sector Clients and Local Authorities.
