Job Description Project Manager possessing at least 10 yearsrsquo experience guiding technology development teams using agile processes, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
Must be able to master web applications being developed by teams with the role of an advanced end user.
Must have experiencing managing multiple teams simultaneously, including some team members working remotely from the core teams.
Requires extensive experience facilitating Scrum rituals, capturing metrics from Scrum teams, helping identify blockers to team performance, and guiding continuous team improvement in agile value delivery.
Must demonstrate skills in working with andor acting as a proxy for Product Owners, Product Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and engineering organizations upon which managed products depend.
Must have superior communication skills and experiencing coordinating with multiple organizations interacting with the teams or products they are responsible for.
