This position acts as receptionist / greeter to outpatients and physicians coming into Premier Diagnostic Imaging. This position is responsible for gathering patient information, including demographics, insurance information, and properly registering patients into the RadioIogy Information System. This position is responsible for answering and routing telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and scanning medical documents into our electronic medical records. Knowledge of insurance plans, customer service and collections is essential for this position.
