Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: £27,500 plus commission

The company is an independent timber merchant based in Beaconsfield. The company supply timber, fencing, decking, cladding and landscaping products. Their large and easily accessible sites are open to trade and retail customers.
The company require an experienced Sales Manager to join their small team to increase their sales and service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining business relationships with existing customers, maximising sales from across the range of products
- Cold calling on sites and by telephone to generate new business
- Sales visits and presentations arranged where required
- Increasing sales on flooring, doors and cladding
- Oversee development of showroom and new trade counter
- Identify new products to stock and oversee their promotion and sales development
- Input into website where required to optimise sales figures
- Managing the office based sales staff and training them where necessary in new product ranges.
- Having input into medium/high value quotations taken from other sales staff and following up all quotations to secure orders or obtain feedback to why an order was not placed
You will need to have:
- Experience working in the Building or Landscape trade
- Proven track record of selling
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in small team
