SHIFT SUPERVISOR – HEMEL HEMPSTEAD £17,500-£19,000 BASIC + BONUSES(dependant on experience)
Igloo are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to support our Home Delivery Site Manager based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a busy transport environment, where you will be required to supervise 20+ van drivers and the their performance each day. This role requires somebody who has previous experience in either a Team Leader or a Supervisor position, within the logistics industry.
The site operates 7 days per week, and you will be required to cover at least 5, which will include weekend work also. Working hours will be either a morning or an afternoon shift.
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, hardworking individual who is looking for career progression.
Applicants must be confident in dealing with people on all levels. The individual will need to be able to pass CRB checking and drug and alcohol testing, will need to have a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. Full training will be given.
Salary will be paid dependent upon experience and will include bonuses.
