Main responsibilities
You will be required to help run a team of operators within a close-knit office. Be able to manage technical and system failures, alarms, bleeps and in-house emergency calls and procedures.
You will be required to work on-call including weekends
To cover Bank holidays and various other shifts as required at short notice.
Must have proven previous experience in answering and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner

- Must have leadership experience
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work on your own, making decisions and dealing with situations which may arise
- Ideally be familiar with medical terminology.
