The Role:
Engage Education are looking for multiple Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Watford office. We are looking for candidates to join our February Academy to focus on recruiting Teachers throughout the south of England. Our Education desk recruits for candidates who specialise in Primary, Secondary and SEN teaching.
The successful candidates will go through a 3 month academy programme where they will complete a range of recruitment services such as how to service client needs and source candidates.
The Requirements:
We are keen to hear from you if you have experience in sales or any role where you have to interact with people. Hands on experience in either of these areas will be an additional benefit.
The successful candidate will also be target driven and hungry to earn potentially life-changing money.
The Package:
- Basic salary of £18,000+ depending on Experience
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
