This is our Primary Commercial Zone Van HOM Etime PLUS 14on-7off Fleet! This trucking job will give you predictable and consistent hometime with a set schedule.
Youll drive fourteen days as you pick-up and deliver van freight across 48 states and Canada, and then youll be home for seven days in the Van HOM Etime PLUS 14on-7off Fleet.
This fleet offers many of the same advantages as the National Van Fleet, including the ability to earn an increase each quarter up to our top rate with the Your Choice Pay Plan .
Plus, you’ll get: Very nice starting mileage rate – $.04 more per mile Your Choice Pay Plan earn an increase each quarter up to our top rate! Predictable home time Drive fourteen days and be home seven days – a dependable schedule! Excellent Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k and Profit Sharing 2012 or newer trucks – the latest in driver comforts In this OTR van fleet, youll haul largely no-touch freight across 48 states and Canada (though most of your runs will be east of I-35).
You can add to your income as a Driver Trainer (as much $10,0 a year) or referring other drivers to Roehl, and we pay you for services many other companies overlooklike all intermediate pickups and drops and premiums if you go to NYC and Canada.
About Transition Plan As an experienced driver, you’ll earn 2 per mile transition pay for your first year.
During that time, you’ll have the opportunity to earn even more with the Your Choice Pay Plan .
