The position is located at SCDMH @ Santee-Wateree CMHC in our Manning Clinic (Clarendon County).
Under limited supervision of the Clarendon County Clinic Director, plan, direct, and supervise the administrative support functions of the adult and child, adolescent, and family services programs within the clinic. Provide administrative support services for adult, CAF and medical staff. Arrange Telepsych scheduling as needed for smooth operation. Select, hire, train and directly supervise other front office personnel.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
State Requirements: A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
Agency Requirements: A bachelor’s degree and two years of responsible clerical, secretarial or administrative experience, or a high school graduation and six (6) years responsible clerical, secretarial or administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of functions, organizations and governing laws and regulations of the agency. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting departmental policies and procedures. Ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions. considerable knowledge of principles and practices of public and business administration.
