An opportunity has arisen for a finalist, newly qualified or PQE Accountant to support the Finance Business Partner for our client, a large global construction business based in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities
-Timely production of accurate monthly financial and project information and to assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
-Management of the accounting entries
-Management of accounting systems and processes including reconciliation of records and system access
-Monitoring of costs against forecasts and budgets including the review of departmental selling and administration expenses.
-Monitoring and reporting revenue and costs against projects.
-Production of JV’s financial and project reports including quarterly management reports and annual statutory accounts
The requirements
The ideal Accountant will have the following attributes:
-You will either be a ACA / ACCA / CIMA finalist, newly qualified or PQE Accountant
-Have a solid understanding of financial and management accounting practices
-Strong communication skills at all levels and happy to deal with non-finance staff
The Benefits
