The incumbent will provide advanced business support assistance for the District Health Director, Program Manager and Administrator. They will perform processing, transactions or other technical-level duties for the District office and/or program area. Researches and resolves related issue, and provides documentation, reporting, and customer and administrative support.

Associate’s degree in business administration or related areas AND One year of experience in administrative suppport.
OR Two years of experience in administrative support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced skills in computer applications/programs, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent communication and organization skills
Proficiency and knowledge in conducting electronic research
Eye for detail when working through tasks
Excellent Time management in order to work within tight datelines
Balancing competing priorities
Interacting with staff at various levels
Handling sensitive matters with integrity & discretion
