Job Summary:
This job performs and coordinates clerical and general office duties for the department.

Responsibilities:
Greets visitors and answers telephones, takes and relays messages.
Enters data and performs general typing duties.
Maintains records, files and reports, as needed.
Performs photocopying, faxing, distributing and mailing duties.
Performs other assignments as directed by supervisor.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1 year of experience preferred
Special Training: Exceptional communication skills
