Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their newly set up L&D, Resourcing and Talent team in their Head Office in High Wycombe for a 12 month FTC with potential to go permanent.


Daily Responisbilities will include


  • Keeping HR databases up to date and current at all times

  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment

  • Monitoring the mentor scheme to ensure that the necessary documentation is produced

  • Collating and distributing Management Reports on a monthly basis

  • Undertaking project research both internally and externally

  • Creating powerpoint presentations to support in house training sessions

  • Supporting graduate scheme recruitment and induction processes

  • Maintaining templates of letters, redundancy documentation and input of vacancies on Intranet/Internet

  • Responding to any requests from HR management

Key Experience


  • Must be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • The ability to communicate, facilitate and negotiate will also be useful in this role.

  • Ability to demonstrate complete confidentiality

  • Reliable, organised and has exceptional presentation skills

  • Excellent MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Excellent numerical skills and good attention to detail

  • Able to summarise and compare data and draw relevant conclusions

  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting L&D, Resourcing and Talent. Due to the urgency of this position the right candidate will have a maximum of a 2 week notice period.
