Customer Care Representative

£20,000 pro-rata + benefits
An opportunity to join this leading global organisation in medical healthcare, your role will be an integral part of an extremely busy customer services team. Handling a large number of in-coming calls and e-mails from patients, healthcare professionals and teams in the field, you will be responsible for processing orders, dealing with enquires and returns, logging and where possible resolving disputes.
With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you will have solid experience of working within a fast-paced, high-volume customer services environment. Proactive with strong customer relationship building skills, you will be solution minded, customer focused and excel under pressure. Excellent systems experience – ideally SAP/CISCO IPT/CRM etc. – you will be very IT literate and highly organised.
