Our prestigious client based in High Wycombe, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator. The main purpose of the role is to answer calls and emails to potential customers seeking to purchase company products and services.


The Role


  • Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services

  • Ensure a professional level of written and verbal communication when responding to customer requests/enquiries.

  • Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact.

  • Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions.

  • Contributes to business targets

  • Consistently meets departmental sales objective

  • Maintains accurate daily record of sales calls in Workbooks

  • Identify and log any business issued on the complaints log

  • Troubleshooting calls for candidates having issues using our online system

  • Handling complaints in a timely and professional manner

The Person


  • Educated to A Levels or equivalent

  • At least 1 years experience in a similar role

  • Customer Service qualification preferable

  • Competent user of Microsoft Applications

  • High level of written and spoken English

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Good closing skills

  • Excellent customer interaction skills
