Customer Service Agent - Saturday (26989939)




The role will be to support and control operations logistics of the business. You will need to provide exceptional customer service at all times as my client prides itself on their customer service record. You will have to provide effective management of Service Level Agreements and Standard Operations Procedures whilst dealing with the day to day demands of the role.


REQUIREMENTS:



• The ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Proven experience of working in a pressurised environment and handling multiple task at once
• Experience of working in a multi faceted contact centre environment
• Responsible and mature approach to work and problem solving skills


KEY TASKS:



• Ensure that all data is taken and recorded accurately
• All bookings are managed within agreed service levels
• Proactively monitor jobs and keep the customer informed
• Keep your manager/ supervisor informed of any issues or problems
• Ensure accurate hand-over takes place
• Provide daily activity, commercial and service level reports
• Ensure client and sub-contractor queries are dealt with promptly, courteously, effectively and ensure a satisfactory outcome


HOURS:


Saturday 08:00 – 19:00 with potential overtime during the week


SALARY:


£8.50 – £9.00 per hour depending on experience



You should ideally have previous experience of working in a contact centre environment be able to show examples of providing exceptional customer service in previous positions. Your telephone communication skills must be very strong and you must be able to deal with many different issues at one time. Advanced Excel skills would also be desirable.
