Your Role
As Restaurant General Manager your role is
- To lead the restaurant team and deliver fantastic, consistent service to brand standards.
- Have overall responsibility for the entire business unit
- Developing and managing a well-trained, customer-orientated team that produces a high quality dining experience
- You will be accountable to your Area Manager and be responsible for the overall performance and results of their Restaurant both front and back of house.
- Lead and work to create a people culture that promotes the brand’s values
About You
- You’re a strong General Manager already working within the casual dining sector
- You’re a passionate and inspirational leader who understand the branded restaurant business and the importance of a strong food and service focus
- You’ve got a proven track record in driving sales and can demonstrate a sound understanding of the financial aspects of your business with a sharp commercial awareness
- You’re a natural people person, with a clear passion for excellence and can easily and consistently deliver the highest quality of product, hospitality and presentation within the site
- You have an understanding of the legal requirements of running a safe and healthy restaurant business, including the ability to oversee the kitchen in conjunction with a Head Chef.
