Mazonai opened in Luton in the Spring of 2014 due to increased demand for our outsourced sales & new customer acquisition service we are now opening a Brand New Branch in WATFORD. With expansion of the company we are looking for 5 new Event Sales Assistants to join us.

A Typical Day:
- You’ll be out and about at events and shopping centres interacting with the public to promote products and services in a favourable manner.
- You’ll help our clients increase their market share and brand awareness through these upbeat, positive interactions.
- You’ll take pride in the level of your customer service!It’s the sort of service that you want your customers talking to others about.
- You’ll be guiding customers through the sales and post-sale process to ensure their longevity and satisfaction
- You’ll be taking accountability and ownership of personal and team sales targets and customer satisfaction
- You’ll be responsible for pro-active communication to customers, mentors, clients and team members
- You’ll be working with other members of the sales teams to set and deliver customer expectations
- You must be willing to learn about and keep updated on our clients and their products and services.
Multiple opportunities are currently available; and we welcome students, graduates, gap year workers, career starters and career changers!
All event sales openings are entry-level with product-training workshops, so no sales experience is necessary. We also offer ongoing guidance and sales support along with networking contacts and invitations to industry-related seminars to enhance sales and leadership skills.
Event Sales Assistant Openings Involve:
- Promoting Products and Services through Events & In-Store Promotions
- Interacting with Customers Face-to-Face at Specific Venues
- Answering Questions & Registering New Customers
- Product-Training Workshops & Ongoing Guidance
- Creating Brand Awareness for Clients

Event Sales Assistant Requirements:
- No sales experience is required, but experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality or similar customer facing roles can be helpful
- All applicants should be able to commute to/from Watford on a daily basis
- All applicants must be 18+ years of age & eligible to work in the UK on a self-employed basis to allow for flexible hours & development
- A solid work ethic and commitment are essential since earnings are uncapped and based on commission only
- A degree is not required, but ambitious graduates with business-related degrees often do well in our Business Development Programme
- In order to ensure this is the right fit for you, us and our clients, you may be invited to a voluntary observational session where you witness a Sales Trainer in action
