My client based in High Wycombe has a fantastic opportunity and is currently looking for an experienced helpdesk or customer service agent due to CONTINUED GROWTH.

*The ideal candidate should have a background dealing with client queries and resolving issues over the phone.


*You will need to have a good solid career history.


*My client is looking for someone to start immediately but would also consider people who have a notice period.


*The main duties of the role are recording detailed and accurate information from the call. Ensuring that all calls logged are allocated to the best placed engineer and where possible resolving the problem there and then.


*You will also have to liaise with engineers on workloads and plan effectively. To respond to all feedback within 12 hours of being received with a personal response.


*You will be providing first class support, delivering against key performance indicators.


*Someone who is really keen to develop a long term career and be part of a dedicated support team.


*Strong Microsoft office skills in particular Excel. Ability to prioritise workloads and solve problems. Strong team player.


*Previous experience in working within a call centre environment or technical support role.


*Technical helpdesk experience is desirable
*Monday to Friday 10:30am – 7pm 1 weekend in 4 on a rota.
