Overall Purpose of the Job:


To ensure all partners and potential partners are suitably trained in the company’s lending criteria, products and technology. To enhance the broker experience through on-going support, working closely with them and taking ownership of issues where we can improve the broker and end customer experience. To build business relationships, through the use of technology, where we become one of the brokers preferred lenders of choice.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Design and production of training material

  • Input to web content from a usability and training perspective

  • Delivery of onsite and remote client induction training

  • Provision of helpdesk facility for client queries in relation to usability of portal tools

  • Assisting with sales presentations and industry conferences

  • Support Sales & Marketing colleagues with other initiatives as and when required

Knowledge and Skills


  • Excellent communicator able to conduct presentations on a one to one or multiple basis.

  • Able to translate business requirements into tangible training deliverables

  • Design of training materials and programmes

  • Able to analyse feedback data and provide recommendations to improve training programmes

Qualifications and Experience


  • Experience of delivering training on a B to B basis

  • Knowledge of mortgage market and related products preferred

  • Previous Financial Services experience

Salary: £38000 – £40000 + Bonus + Benefits


Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
