The IMA operates based on escalations from the Service Desk which is the first point of contact for end users.
IMA will document their activities to create actionable artifacts for the Service Desk to use for future incidents.
IMA may also perform root cause analysis of endemic issues as necessary.
This role typically is a more experienced technician with 5+ years The position requires knowledge of the following tolls and technologies within the Windows 7 environment middot Automation middot Scripting experience (ideally Powershell and VB Script) middot Knowledge and experience with PXE, MDT, Win PE or other boot environments middot Windows XP, Microsoft Office 200320072012 middot Knowledge of software packaging tools (ideally with LAN Desk) middot Knowledge of test planning and execution middot Virtualization experience with VM Ware .
Knowledge in ITIL.
