Our client is looking for an articulate, well presented Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in St Margarets.
The candidate must be an accomplished Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator with at least two years experience as a Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator.
The candidate must be driven but also pride themselves on customer satisfaction and repeat business
Local knowledge is essential, so living within close proximity to the role is highly desired
In return our client is offering
basic salary of £14,000 – £16,000
OTE of £40,000 in year one
Company car or allowance is also provided
