This is a newly created position for an enthusiastic professional in Life Sciences to improve the effectiveness of pre-sale development by offering the best in class experience for GE Customers.
The role operates prior to Sales Team engagement through responding in a timely fashion to online customer enquiries and the identification of sales opportunities across the GE Life Sciences portfolio.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound request and clarify Customer Requirements;
• Track customer interactions on the CRM systems ensuring data fidelity up to the end of the customer purchase to document and measure channel effectiveness and win/ loss rates;
• Ensure the field sales team are following and taking action leads shared;
• Maintain and develop Customer loyalty through active and credible engagement;
• Maintain and develop knowledge of the Life Sciences Bioprocess and Research & Applied Markets portfolio.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (Biology; Chemistry; Biochemistry; Chemical Engineering; Microbiology; etc.);
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – effective communication and robust influencing skills with persistence to overcome objectives;
• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail.
Preferred requirements:
• Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite products;
• Experience in customer facing role(s) such as Customer Services or Sales Support
