For the past 20 years our automated customer self-service solutions have helped organisations meet the challenges of engaging customers across multiple channels, and removing the pressure of inbound calls on call centres. Our pedigree of cross-sector clients have all benefited from reduced operational costs and improved efficiency, enabling their contact centre to focus on more complex enquiries.
As a Linux Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of Linux and MySQL servers, the set up and administration of monitoring tools and change management requests / code deployments, you will have previous Linux experience and have exposure to working in an environment with a high availability infrastructure.
Technically, you will have a full understanding of the LAMP stack, with a desire to focus efforts in both MySQL and Linux Sys Admin. A background in web hosting would be beneficial but not essential.
On a personal level, you will be a good communicator with well-developed analytical and problem solving skills but, above all, we’re looking for someone with a strong desire to grow with us as a company, bring their experience to the team and to further develop their technical skills and we offer an excellent environment in which to do that.
