We are looking for an experienced marketing assistant to join our Society in this newly created role. In this busy, varied role you will be supporting the Marketing Manager to fulfil our marketing plan and helping to ensure that we remain competitive in the market.
Daily duties could include:
- Managing the Society’s on-line presence
- Researching and analysing customer feedback
- Promoting the Society’s brand via social networking sites (which will be a new initiative for the Society)
- Maintaining mailing and customer contact lists
- Arranging customer and broker marketing initiatives
- Assisting in the design and production of marketing materials
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar marketing based role (including marketing via social media)
- Experience working within Financial Services would be advantageous (but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Good computer/IT knowledge with good Excel skills
- A flexible, can-do attitude and active team player prepared to go “the extra mile”, multitask and work to deadlines
