4 Ways Healthcare (4WHC) is a leading provider of Teleradiology working in partnership with the NHS and supporting the delivery of NHS plans targets.
We are now looking to expand our current teleradiology Operations team and recruit an Out of Hours Operations Administrator.
Responsibilites include:
- Input and transfer of patient information and clinical reports
- Nightly health monitoring of the PACS, integrated systems and interfaces
- Liaising with clients, Trust staff and Clinicians, Radiologists and IT Support Services to meet urgent reporting needs and turnaround times as required
- Facilitate communication between clients and reporting radiologists
- Daily report of scans received & Turnaround times, defining which client studies are received from and including a running total for the month and outlining any IT issues experienced overnight
- Upkeep of turnaround time sheets for clients – emailed to 4Ways contacts as agreed
- Team responsibility for cross checking of Modality Worklist support, detection and reporting of radiology examinations not transmitted into PACS, changing examinations with incorrect status in PACS and correcting misidentified patient examinations.
Other:
This role will be subject to working shifts overnight on a rotational basis system to cover the 4Ways Out of Hours Service

Education:
- Good standard of education and relevant IT experience
Experience:
- Proven ability in an IT and systems (processes) awareness role
- Experience of working in an healthcare environment/industry desirable
