A leading local employer going through a period of unrivalled growth is currently looking to employ a number of individuals to work within its increasingly important credit control team.
They are ideally looking for an individual with 3-5 years’ experience within credit control who can display they are results and KPI driven whilst having strong customer relation skills.
This is a busy role and requires an individual who can take ownership and run with the accounts they are given.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Taking ownership of accounts and chasing payment in correct manner
- Resolving queries within specified time frame
- Checking of credit limits and suggestions to Manager on finance available
- New account processing
- Reviews and commentary on overdue accounts for managers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present and work with senior staff both internal and external
- Cash allocation
- Understanding of legal terms and legislation
- Clear history of achieving and surpassing targets
You must drive to be considered for this vacancy as public transport links are so far untested. You must also be able to travel to both North London and Central Hertfordshire.
