Web Developer (Front End & Creative) – Leading UK Employer
We are looking for a Web Developer with hands on experience with the HTML or HTML5, CSS or CSS3 and Adobe Suite – Photoshop and Dreamweaver, to join a hugely creative environment for a well-known, top employer based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. This is very much a role geared towards someone who can combine good coding with a good understanding of layout and user centred design.
You will be expected to contribute in business meetings and discussions in terms of user experience, layout and creative design.
You will also be a crucial part of the growing creative Studio department and will be involved in projects from concept through to completion as well as working closely and communicating directly with internal customers to establish their needs and requirements.
Skills required for the Web Developer (Front End & Creative):
- Coding experience in HTML or HTML5 and CSS or CSS3 as a Front End Developer / Creative Web Designer
- Commercial knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver
- Experience working closely with internal or external customers
- An appreciation for and the ability to provide creative design and layout input
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in your work needs to be demonstrated
Knowledge of Flash, Responsive design and coding, Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign, JavaScript, and cross browser compatibility. Any experience in Digital design would be beneficial but not essential.
