JOB DESCRIPTION
The Guestbook is a growth-phase startup that has quickly achieved the distinction of the world’s largest & fastest growing loyalty program for independent & boutique brand hotels.
We are looking for a fast data entry operator to manage effectively large amounts of information. The target is to insert, update and maintain accurate data on computer systems. This is someone who is diligent, flexible, detail-oriented person with great interpersonal & follow-up skills who wants to help transform the world’s hotel business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Insert customer rewards data by inputting numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Review websites for deficiencies or errors, correct any discrepancies and report any findings
- Generate reports and store completed work in designated location
- Attend to and respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
- Attend to and respond to partner inquiries via email or phone.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of hotel-related experience in reservations, guest relations, and/or training
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Flexible and willing to dive deep into the details for operational excellence
- Diligent and efficient at getting things done/making things happen
- Ability to be both strategic and tactical/operational
- Self-starter with a high degree of confidence in your ability to execute
- Additional language fluency is a plus
- Proven data entry working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & 10 key
Compensation will start at $15 hourly wage but may vary based on experience.

The company spent its first 1.5 years building its hotel network and tweaking its rewards platform by catering to the guests of member hotels. The company recently closed an equity round of financing and is in growth mode – adding hotels, guests (members), and revenue at a quick pace.
