Responsible for general reception and secretarial tasks, insurance verification, registration, scheduling, entering charges, billing, physician referral communication/follow-up, Ideal Protein scheduling and client communication, and Balance program scheduling and client communication. Performs other duties assigned by department management according to policies and procedures and the mission of Woman’s Hospital. Education: Must have a high school education or equivalent. Training and Experience: Requires two years experience in reception or clerical duties. Experience in a medical/therapy office and insurance verification preferred. MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) experience is also required. Job Knowledge: Requires excellent office (filing, typing, etc.) and excellent oral and written skills. |
