Customer Success - SketchDeck - Sunnyvale, CA





SketchDeck’s clients come looking for great graphic design with fast and delightful service. We are growing fast – this means projects, designers and client numbers are growing every month.

Customer success plays a crucial role in this growth. Projects run best and clients are most happy when they get fast, delightful help.

We are looking for our second Customer Success person to join us in Sunnyvale, California. We are also open to remote working within the US.

Responsibilities:


  • Liase with project manager, design team and the customer and ensure customer delight

  • Welcome new clients, educate them on product features, and guide them through their first projects

  • Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated customer issues

  • Maintain a deep operational understanding of the evolving business

  • Respond quickly and delightfully to clients through all channels (phone, chat, email)

  • Work in collaboration with the rest of the Success team to handoff issues and provide continuous client support

  • Review incoming projects for clarity and scope before they’re handed off to the design team. Offer preliminary sketches and ideas to accelerate the design process

  • Support sales for adhoc clients. Identify upsell or repeat business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years in a client facing position

  • Self-motivated

  • Interest in design

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excited to work in a fast paced startup environment

  • Attention to detail

  • Positive, “make it work” attitude

  • Basic to proficient understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe products preferred.
