Office Clerk - Starr Imports - Suitland, MD





Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. Assists General Manager by filing, answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling client appointments.

Requirements:


  • Answer phones and greet clients warmly.

  • Return calls to clients.

  • Make calls to clients to set up appointments for viewing vehicles.

  • Respond to incoming email from clients requesting appointments.

  • Type memos to clients.

  • Upload vehicle information to company website.

  • Update client contact sheet with new client information.

  • Assist in filing duties.

  • Reroute calls to appropriate people.

  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.

  • Retrieve files for personnel.

  • Perform data entry.

The candidate would need to have experience working in office settings, in answering phones, typing, and be proficient with MS Excel (data entry only, no formulas) and MS Word.


Benefits:
Pay

$400 per week


Hours of Work:
Monday – Fridays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturdays: 10:00 – 6:00 PM

Days off: Sundays and One Other Weekday

Starting Date: Immediately
