Senior Customer Service Advisor (26871794)




Think Specialist Recruitment has registered a permanent, senior level customer service/account manager job opportunity based on the outskirts of Watford, Hertfordshire. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service and account management skills to work for our market leading, international client.


Working in a busy, often demanding team orientated department that has been set up specifically to deal with customer issues, candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, competency handling a large number of customers, any customer complaints and managing a high volume of customers from start to finish.


Overview of duties:-


  • Supporting the business and ensuring first class service received

  • Keeping customer accounts up to date and informed of progress

  • Liaising internally within the business to resolve issues

  • Speaking extensively with site locations across UK

  • Dealing with high volumes of calls from customers

  • Managing a large portfolio of customer accounts

  • Responding to issues or complaints from UK customers

  • Handling any escalated queries

  • Taking ownership of the customer’s account

  • Investigating customer complaints

  • Providing an excellent and professional service at all times

  • Updating customers on the status of their case

  • Managing a large customer caseload from inception to completion

  • Overseeing refunds and returns

Candidate requirements:-


  • Excellent customer service skills (any industry considered)

  • Strong ability to manage customer accounts and cases

  • First class telephone manner

  • Professional approach to customer service

  • High level of written and spoken English
