Duties/Responsibilities

Support HR Customer Service for Managers and Associates

Scanning Payroll and Benefits documents to HNA share point site

Backup for Payroll in their absence

Backup for Benefits in their absence

Safety Shoe Reimbursement Entry

Filing Payroll and Benefits documents

New Hire Orientation Support

Record Release Information

Payroll Check distribution

Legal request

Record Retention

Purchase Orders for Payroll and Benefits

HR Department Travel Support


Daily Tasks Performed

Scanning Payroll and Benefits documents to Sharepoint site

Support monitor Payroll email box

COS data entry

Safety Shoe Reimbursement Entry

Filing

Assist Payroll and Benefits lead as necessary


Degree/Certification Required

High School


Required Skills (Musts)

Excel – average knowledge

Word – average knowledge

Ability to work extended hours when necessary


Desired Skills

Basic office skills to include computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office). Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Good customer service skills. General HR, benefits, and Payroll knowledge


Minimum Job Relevant Experience (time & length of time)
