- Follow-ups with customers to see if work is still needed

- NO out bound sales – all calls/emails inbound only.
Requirements
:
*Must have excellent communication skills
*Must have a home office with a strong internet and a fast computer
*Must have basic knowledge of MS OFFICE
*1-3 years of prior similar experience in customer service
*Must have an adequate home office (laptop or PC, working internet, phone, quite and privacy)
*Prefer someone on the West Coast
