Reports to: Owner/Office Manager Work Hours: 30 – 40 Hours (hours may vary) Pay Scale: $14.00/hr Position Summary: To answer and direct all incoming calls. Ensure that each customer contact is initiated in a friendly and courteous manner. All phone calls to be answered by the third ring; customers will not be left on hold at any time for longer than 1 minute. Greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or its equivalent • Customer Service Skills • Professional phone skills • Well organized and the ability to work independently Qualifications desired: • Excellent verbal skills • Professional phone skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Energetic personality • Well organized and ability to work independently
