Looking for a versatile concierge staff member who will be stationed inside the Redemption Center located in Commerce Casino. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers as they walk in
- Assisting customers with questions
- Assisting players with point redemptions
- Selling company products to customers
- Maintaining supplies inventory and updating records on a daily basis
- Resolving issues with customer complaints
- Make cold calls to establish company/client relationships
- Being creative in the marketing of company products
- Providing administrative assistance as needed to management team
Job Requirements:
- Able to effectively and fluently communicate in English, both orally and written
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Have a professional and upbeat appearance and demeanor
- Possess the interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Be able to work varied shifts, including day/night, weekends & holidays
- Punctuality
- Be able to work independently
- Must be 21+ years of age
Salary: $10.00 /hour
