Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain all buildings on campus

  • Replace lighting components

  • Maintain HVAC filters

  • Light plumbing and electrical work

  • Emergency response

  • Some cleaning required

  • Landscaping and sprinklers

  • Room setups

  • HVAC systems

  • Must be able to lift/move a modest amount of weight

  • Must be able to work some evenings and/or weekends

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time


Required education:


  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:


  • HVAC and boiler experience: 2 years

Required license or certification:


  • Valid Texas Drivers License
