Office assistant-bookkeeper needed! (Thousand Oaks)
Compensation: $20

Manufacture’s rep of corrugated boxes has an immediate position available for an individual with a strong bookkeeping background for a diverse workload. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of projects is required.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable- Accounts Receivable- Enter orders- Generate invoices- Reviewing invoices and appropriate documents- Matching invoices to checks- Process payments, deposits, and post into the system- Issue refunds and applying credit memos to customers’ accounts- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts- Process billing statements- Various Bookkeeping duties as assigned – Sorting and distributing mail- Check and reply to emails
Requirements
Preferred 5+ years bookkeeping experience- Knowledge of QuickBooks Pro is a must- Knowledge of Office Microsoft- Knowledge of Accounting Concepts- Well Organized with “attention” to details- Extremely Accurate- Minimal Supervision- Capable of Multi-Tasking- Positive Attitude- Like working in a home based business environment.- Like dog and cats!
