Job Purpose:
To serve patients by preparing specimens for laboratories testing and performing screening standards.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform Venipuncture
- Draw blood from people of all ages
- Techniques using straight needled and/or butterflies
- Maintain integrity of specimens
- Pour off specimen as needed
- Freeze specimens as needed
- Centrifuge
- Keep daily logs
Phlebotomist Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-12pm

Certification from an accredited Phlebotomy course or justify skills with experience
2+ years experience with venipunctures and processing
Great communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service skills covering phones and with patient interaction.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
