Range Property Management Inc at the Stanley Hotel is offering an excellent opportunity for a responsible and hands-on individual to work for an vacation property company located in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado. We are in need of a detail oriented, strong personality who is extremely proactive, responsive and energetic. Someone who will not be afraid to take action and who will act quickly on existing problems. Someone who understands quality standards and will ensure no shortcuts are made, procedures are followed, systems are used and deadlines are respected. This individual has to have a keen sense of the company’s bottom line and client satisfaction and is able to find the right balance between the two. The Operations Manager will lead a team of sales and service personnel and managers that are expected to work independently yet–as a cohesive team.
Responsibilities


  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service

  • Manage housekeeping and other local staff

  • Manage maintenance needs for the properties

  • Make arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment/furniture

  • Carry out the local needs of the reservations department

  • Be available on-call 24/7 as the primary contact for the location or designate a colleague to do this

  • Participate in regular meetings as required

  • Help find new apartments in key locations

  • Lead and bring to successful completion operational efficiency projects

  • Ensure and enforce local adherence to corporate policies and procedures by local staff

Requirements


  • Live in Estes Park, Colorado

  • 2 years of operations or general management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities, then develop and implement scaleable, sustainable solutions with positive results.

  • Experienced team leader

  • Have excellent computer skills

  • Organized and professional

  • Eye for detail
