Administrative Support - Pickens County Environmental Health Office - Jasper, GA

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.


Under direct supervision, performs a variety of general secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions/processes or a few specialized or essential clerical functions in support of the Environmental Health Office. Reviews applications, reconciles financial records, assess/collect fees for a program, generate reports, answers telephone and greets visitors.


Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED AND ability to perform basic office functions and computer related duties.


Preferred Qualifications: Skilled in processing and retrieving files of record, reading property plats, assisting customers with other service requests, Microsoft Office (i.e. Word & Excel), effective oral/written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, previous administrative experience, advance computer knowledge, and self-starter.
